Die Wochentage mal anders - Perspektiven

Eine Woche hat sieben Tage. Wenn ich morgens als Erstes denke: „Heute ist…dann...: Am Montag fängt die Woche an, am Dienstag sind wir übel dran. Der Mittwoch, das Bergfest mittendrin, geschafft haben wir es bis hier in, der Donnerstag kommt sodann, die Freude steigt oh Mann oh Mann. Der Freitag ist der letzte Tag, das Wochenende jetzt kommen mag. Am Samstag tanzen wir um den Tisch, jetzt wird’s leider etwas tragisch. Denn Sonntag schlaf' ich lange aus dann ist schon wieder Montag - und ich muss früh raus. Frech und gemein ist der Montag aber er würde für den Mittwoch einiges tun. Uiii noch vier Tage und dann ist wider Wochenende. Der Montag ist Schontag, das Haupt der sieben. Dienstag, der Dingestag ist unauffällig, allerdings stressiger als Montag. Ok I think Im quite known for being on the Road. And heres what I love about classical Roadtrippn.. Packing the car – roadtrips are exhilarating. I used to do them when I was really young and still love them till this day. Usually a weekend or an extended weekend. It’s a chance to talk and share...Bonding and figuring things out ..You share snacks and have jamsessions in the car – haha. You vist sites on spot – so you have great memories yes even doing some of the tacky touristy things. Hoi an - a beautiful city with amazing beaches

Hoi is on as you can see very very beautiful. Besides beautiful beaches, the city is special - seeing it at night with its 1000 lanterns. Mostly pics this time!!!! Once I got here i met Isi. Together we explored the city with a bike - it beeing 36 degrees an all. In addition to the famous Japanese bridge, the city has a lot of charm (but is very touristicy). Hoi an is very quiet, which i feel is uncharacteristic for Vietnam. Here motorbikes arent are allowed in the city at certain times. So you can stroll or you drive by bicycle through the many small winding streets without beeing bothered and enjoy the medeval Hoi on - the little Venice of Vietnam. In the evening I met Rachael and Jasmine from London. Two funy lovely girls and Meghan (from the USA who coincidentally had a birthday on that day. Now if you are a travel addict like I am let’s see if you can recognize yourself in some of these traits (I’m at the 40 country range now): You love documentaries… Your Bucket list is at least four pages long even after you have already checked of 2 pages or maybe even three pages. You never try to enter a country without knowing a couple of phrases as well as words. You make friends on the street (beware though you know you need strong boundaries hahaha)..You have friends in many different countries. You don’t really need a guide book, you figure it out once you get there.. You are quite flexible…You make friends at the ocean or on top of that mountain or somewhere and that friendship develops over time… hahaha..You hide from tourists that are from your own country ( Jup!!! Hard to admit to not always but yes… we’re here to learn damn it..). You’ve been bitten by quite some instincts in your life, have had quite many bruises and cuts and or have caught one or the other thing o

2 months later.. meanwhile in Barcelona

Friendships again - friendships are unique relationships that we choose to enter. Months without speaking or seeing eachother, friends are important for happiness (Yes Family is too). And even though some friendships tend to change and arent as consistent, they are magical. Beautiful and Special: friends are friends because they want to be and they choose to be . Im feel priviledged to have quite some amazing people in my life! Thank you! The only strings attached are the ones that we choose to tie. That’s just it, its about being there, as best as you can, when- and whereever you can. Thank you Ines for visiting me, im feeling quite sad and happy at the same time today. Sad to say goodbye- as i truely hate goodbyes but happy for all the lovely joyful moments, walking, laughing, dancing and singing together. Two months in Barcelona (6 weeks of of learning spanish) - I understand almost everything and am able to have small conversations - letting go of the fear of speaking

We really dont have much control over unfolding events but we do have control over our thoughts which can lead to amazing opportunities - its our own creative energy - we just have to use it. I wanted to t hank all for my amazing stay in Phnom pehn again. I love Cambodia. Only the future knows when I'll be back again. As always: goodbyes aren't and never will be my specialty even have said so many over my lifetime. Im still always overwhelmed and sentimental and all. Acknowledging, Accepting, Respecting but not needing to change it :) So ill see you, when you see me! Hello Thailand again - a small reunion. Yay!

In this fast-paced time, many are under pressure. My focus lies on balance between indulge and asking for, sharing and guiding, making sure and letting go. Because these things give orientation. What do our children need in this world? Children need: • orientation, that is to say, taken into account in the child's own wishes and abilities and in which they are accompanied, but not rigidly defined, • Security in which they find and feel security, only in this way they can develop their own security and that makes them viable and self-determined responsible citizens. • An expectation of parents and society that encourages children to "do something" with affirmation of their own abilities, not that of a given norm, that is what makes them powerful. It is important to perceive children with their abilities and limitations as they are and not as they should be with all their expressions and expressions. BEWARE – some of the things that change after solo travelling

Once breaking away you sort of beat to your own drum. You are inherently alone for a long time which is why you sort of don’t really need too much reassurance. I mean its still nice to have though… Hey you’ve made big bold decisions every other day (yeah even though some were kind of crappy in hindsight but you learn how to deal with whatever comes along your way) and when you come back: "write me when you made it home okay". Hmmm you start chuckling on the inside and think wow, it feels weird that someone is actually worried and cares that you’ll make it home safe. Its a uneasy feeling. (Independence/Interdependence) Trekking up miles to watch a sunset or a beautiful landscape, exploring or adventuring get your eyes wild. It lights up a fire. And switching countries becomes quite easy. Trying different foods daily. Learning, Seeing, Doing.. You live life every single second. Different being back very different hard to explain.... Social loafing, Intuition, Logic and Critical Thinking

Why I tend to like diversity and differing opinions? Members of a group cultivate something called team spirit by creating illusions. If others are all of the same opinion the nay Sayers have to be wrong, right? Wrong! Have you ever sat somewhere and just kept your mouth shut? We are all guilty at points. Theres something called group think, related to social proof. We speak of a group effort and inherently rational behaviour that occurs when people work or are together. Nothing wrong with that except that sometimes social loafing occurs in bigger groups. And what is social loafing? For example take a look at bigger groups: The bigger the group, the more people, the less we involve ourselves. In groups we tend to hold back not only in terms of participation but also accountability. What happens? We slack off mentally.
